In order to apply as efficient recycling methods as possible, from time to time, we modernize our machines and equipment along with appropriate competency development programs.
We process the thoroughly separated, clean production waste in mechanical ways using the following machines.
For bigger-sized reduction procedures, we use 4 shredders/crushers with a rotor diameter range of 800-1800 mm. They are capable of making 20-50 mm shreds. Furthermore, we have 20 knife mills/granulators with a 300-1000 mm rotor diameter range for producing 6-15 mm smaller fractions.
If necessary, we can make regranulates from the fractions. For pelletizing processes, we use extruders with water-ring as well as strand technology. Our EREMA can produce up to 12 tonnes of regranulate daily.
Together with our logistics partners, we offer flexible and cost-efficient delivery solutions using our trucks with capacities of 3.5, 7.5, 12 and 18 tonnes. Transportation for bulk cargo is also possible thanks to our hooklift trailer.
